Yesterday I picked beans (green-2 kinds, wax, and bird egg) for 6 hours. I actually spent 6 hours picking beans. And tomatoes. And cucumbers. The only zucchini big enough to pick I'm letting get big enough to use for seeds next year.<br /><br />We like to slice zucchini into rounds, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with everything seasoning (like on bagels) and some parmesan cheese and bake really high. We eat this with eggs for breakfast. Hope that helps you deal with zucchini.
